• Do you offer Wholesale?

Yes! If you are a retailer interested in offering Olivia Grace Needlepoint for sale in your store, please contact olivia@oliviagraceneedlepoint.com. Thank you!

• What if a canvas I want is sold out?

We work very hard to get canvases back in stock after selling out and thank you for your patience! Please utilize the "email me when available" option on the product page for any canvas you are interested in, and you will be notified as soon as it has been restocked.

• Do you paint custom canvases?

We would love to try and help you make your canvas dreams come true! Please email olivia@oliviagraceneedlepoint with the details of your request, and we'll get to chatting!

• Do you accept returns?

At this time, we do not accept returns as the majority of our canvases are painted as they are ordered. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there is any problem with your canvas when it arrives - we will do our best to make things right!

• Do canvases come with the threads needed to stitch?

We currently do not offer kits (canvases sold with correlating threads), but we are more than happy to recommend fiber colors upon request! Please contact us at olivia@oliviagraceneedlepoint.com.
